The regional nongovernmental organization "A View of the Future" has been created in 1994 in Saint-Petersburg with the purpose of prevention high risk behavior and propagation of a healthy life style among teenagers and youth. The object of prevention high risk behavior — to prevent negative behavior which can lead the person to loss of health and social well-being, to became infected, to mental or physical dependence, violence, suicides.

Adults who were guided by own models of behavior, frequently at all workable in the youth environment tried to solve traditionally problems of youth. But from all sources of the information for teenagers the most active — contemporaries. Contemporaries can explain most clearly and effectively, what and how.

Basic strategy of "A View of the Future" NGO became informing on forms and consequences of risky behavior and inculcation of skills of a choice of models of safe behavior by the teenager without pressure, by a free choice. The youth can solve problems of youth. The problem of the senior generation — to help!
